These terms explain the basic rules for using Problematic. Use the app for fun, respect other people, and do not abuse groups or invites.

July 8, 2026. Problematic is currently a beta (TestFlight) release.
Who we are
Problematic is operated by Pale Clover LLC, a California limited liability company (“Pale Clover,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
What Problematic is
Problematic is an entertainment and social game app. It is made for friends and groups to answer chaotic questions, vote, laugh, and compare results.
Eligibility
Problematic contains mature, comedic content and is intended for adults 18 and older. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Scores are for fun
Chaos scores, sanity scores, leaderboards, weekly recaps, share cards, and similar app results are for entertainment only. They are not medical, psychological, professional, or real-life advice.
User behavior
- Do not use Problematic for harassment, hate, threats, illegal content, abusive behavior, or targeting other people.
- Do not misuse groups, invite codes, votes, questions, reports, or app features.
- Do not upload or use profile names or photos that are abusive, hateful, threatening, illegal, or meant to impersonate someone else.
Moderation and access
Problematic may remove user profile names or photos if they are abusive or violate these terms. App access may be suspended or limited for misuse, abuse, or behavior that harms other users or the service.
Beta, ads, and service changes
Problematic is provided during beta on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may contain bugs or change at any time. The app may display third-party ads (via Google AdMob) to support the free beta. We may change, pause, or remove features and may update these terms when the app changes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Problematic is provided as is, without warranties. Pale Clover LLC and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by app use, unavailable features, user behavior, or game content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
